An exciting short film showing the way media managers Rapport used multiple sites and channels to launch the new Sky ‘Q’ product into the marketplace.
We are often asked to create films about adverting campaigns. It can be very challenging as time is short and the sites can be distributed nationally in locations which often require complicated permissions to shoot. We send out 2 or three teams on these jobs and cover up to 50 different locations including rail, public transport, malls and roadside.
These days many of the displays are digital which most cameras do not enjoy due to interference patterns and it can be tricky to get good clean shots. We often utilise time-lapse techniques to enhance the perception of crowds passing and this is very effective.
We shoot these films for Samsung and Sky who are by a wide margin the largest spenders on outdoor advertising in the UK.
