Adobe asked us to create this short ‘customer success’ film to tell the story of how the Virgin Holidays team were able to use the Campaign product to change the way the company related to and communicated with their customers. Individual and personalised messages are now possible and results in happier consumers.
Filmed over two days at the fabulous VHQ in Crawley with 4 interviews, and then a second day creating the story material, ‘B-roll’ that makes it all come alive.
